- One of my viewers here in Goma At Home, Mark Filbert Aranzamendez requested for a video of Arroz Valenciana.
It's actually not complicated to cook your own Paella at home and I'm gonna show you how.
The ingredients for this recipe are: 1 1/2 cups of bomba rice, shrimp, squid, tomatoes, red bell pepper, saffron, onion leeks, onions, garlic, sausage, pancetta, canned tomatoes, olive oil, black pepper and paprika powder.

I like how natural this man cooks, everything was so organized and well put together. He makes cooking look fun and easy to do. Would be nice to do videos with Juliana or Lucy more often, or better yet both of them ♥️.

i really adore this guy.. tall, dark, handsome, sport enthusiast and brilliant minded. He is really a multi-talented person. he was my ultimate crush during high school days... i watched all of his sitcoms, tv guesting, commercials and movies (with Sharon and Cherry Gil, Snooky Serna, Nadia Montenegro, Alice Dixon, Janice de Belen, Vilma Santos and Dawn Zulueta) back in the day. I even save money from my baon just to be able to buy goods in Bench Glorietta like shirts, socks, hand towels and perfumes. My officemates and I got the chance to meet him and was able to shake hands with him a decade ago in UP technohub during our lunch time and he was sporting an Americano suit which makes him so gwapo. I was so speechless then when I saw him and at the same time super kilig ..

That looks so delish Goma! I cooked Paella too same as yours! Yes its true the italian sausages and pancetta makes a distinct smoky flavour for the Paella! I also put white wine and lots of parsley plus some lemon slices as a finishing touch! I’ve noticed in your vlogs you loved Italian cuisines! More so your veg garden is fabulous it feels like I’m visiting an Italian household and garden every time I watch your channel! My parents from Bacolod City, my Mom used to cook Valenciana seemingly same as Paella. I watched celebrity chef, he went to Mexico's largest Saffron farm, in there was explained why saffrons are very expensive because in every plant has only 2-3 saffron flowers. Love your cooking, simple, luscious, well-executed , easily to follow.

Mayor Goma, you really have invested in high quality cookware and ingredients, from the paella pan and paella stove, saffron, bomba rice, pancetta, chorizo. The best part of the paella is the socarrat( tutong), that looks delicious.

Paella is a very challenging dish to cook. Mayor goma shld be given credit for trying this out. My humble suggestion is for ink sacs of squid to be removed first before mixing squid into the dish. More power mayor!

Sounds yummy and correct method. I do cater authentic Spanish paellas of different varieties But honestly it’s a hard work and very delicate cuisine but he cooks it like easy and very entertaining.. Kudos

Yes, saffron is very expensive even here in in the US. Looks yummy! I also put mussels and green peas to add more color and flavor.
May alternative, ako gumagamit ng saffron powder which is andoon yung aroma ng safron at color niya. Kahit dito sa saudi mahal din ng saffron.

My mom got organic saffron from Costco. She used it in risotto, basmati rice, beef stew or tomato based sauce. It provides a golden color to a savory dishes.

That joy you see on his face when he does even the smallest things like washing of the hands, peeling the onions, even removing the shells of the shrimps..ang sarap nya siguro magluto kasi alam mong gusto nya yung ginagawa nya and it's full of love.
