@@Finamajig Certainly up to opinion, and I didn't finish all these shows, but Luke Cage was one of my favorite characters on Jessica Jones, and he felt like a completely different person in his own show, which really irritated me, Wandavision was a big mystery show where the answer to all those mysteries was "lmao who cares," like there's a scene where a beekeeper emerges from the sewer, wanda says "no" and then he vanishes and no one ever mentions that again, Loki literally featured a scene where Loki and his alternate reality self are cold and need a blanket while all the humans are fine, and I genuinely don't know if the writer even watched the first movie Loki was in because bro is literally a frost giant, and Falcon and Winter Soldier is just really hard to find a redeeming feature of. I don't know how I'm supposed to get behind the kind of "super heroes" that would break Zemo out of jail and bring him into a room with a guy making super soldier serum, and just, like, expect to not get any innocent people killed in that scenario.
Let none of this be seen as an argument that Inhumans is somehow good actually.
@@LordEposImo, forgetting Loki is a frost giant is understandable (to an extent) and doesn't detract from the rest of the series. Wandavisiom though, man that show left so many questions in the air. Havent bothered to check out the other 2

listen i don’t care how much cgi was in it i enjoyed the hell out of shang chi. first marvel movie i enjoyed in quite a bit

@@penguins.227 both. the parts without CGI were actually really great. the parts with some CGI were still pretty good. the parts with 98% CGI felt like another slop of generic marvel action but with an Asian mythos theme.

To be fair Endgame was definitely the last best MC movies before whatever phase they are up to now.
That's because they had planned and signed off on phase 1-3 before Disney discovered it was a golden goose and started dictating how they want them produced.
While Endgame was pretty decent, I feel like Infinity War was the best. Endgame's ending was somewhat predictable and IW had higher stakes. Plus, Thor wasn't a joke.
From Stage 4 I'd say only Spiderman No Way Home and GOTG 3 were fine. Maybe Shang Chi too. Rest were all junk.

Endgame was alright. It tied up a lot of loose ends but the whole time travel schtik felt like a cop out. I’d say I liked Far From Home more than Endgame. The first two Spider-Man movies do a lot to keep it fairly grounded relative to yk all the like stuff with literal gods and trillion dollar planetary weapons, similar charm to the first 2 Antman movies

Honestly, I loved Gorr as a character even before the movie but watching him come to life was fantastic! Shame he was given such a... it's a shame honestly that's what it is

If he’d been attached to a serious movie instead of Ragnarok and Shazam stuffed into a blender, he would’ve been one of the most memorable villains in quite a while.
@@Overcrox not even a blender, it's like they hand picked the worst parts of them. Gorr was genuinely the only thing I liked about it and whilst he could have carried it, it's REAL hard to carry something like what they did
I'd argue Thor 2. Hiddleston's scene after he inadvertently gets his mother killed is heartbreaking. Rest of the movie, totally right though.
Ultron wanting to nuke humanity after being exposed to the internet for 2 seconds is the most relatable villain motive.

This is why I stopped watching marvel films after infinity war. But I might watch GOTG 3 since these are actually good movies

As someone who also hit the superhero burnout, it's worth checking out. Very good send-off for the Guardians series. Not as good as 2, but has very strong peaks that make the slower segments worth getting through
Watch Endgame and GOTG 3 prior to it. Then you will be done

Endgame: watching this movie in theaters was incredible; watching it again was incredibly boring
I didn't watch a single MCU movie between Endgame and Guardians 3, and all the screaming reminded me of why I stopped watching these movies in the first place.
HOT TAKE: Ed Norton is a much better Bruce Banner and overall a MUCH BETTER PERSON than Mark Ruffalo who spends way too much time on social media as opposed to being, y'know... SOCIAL!

Nah. Your first viewing of Endgame is always the last good viewing of it. Infinity War has surprisingly good replay-ability

While MCU might be entertaining to some, I've found many of the movies within it to have a predictable plot, okay writing, and great SFX.
My friends were scolding me for not having watched every single movie, but after watching 3 of them, I can firmly say that I won't waste my time watching the rest.
