Can one find a place within meditation where time becomes less important and one can practice and flow and learn more than one might imagine? Seeing and living a thing within the minds eye could one not find near mastery of many things. Fantastic clip.

@@vesnakatic4056 My point is that these meditations can bring forth a type of peace that is of the world and not the peace of God that passes all understanding. Jesus came to shed His blood for us so that IF we receive that gift that is presented to us we will have peace with God. We are sinners and we will go to hell for eternity with out Christ. So my point is satan presents a false peace so we don't even think about our state of being with Our creator whom we will stand before on judgement day. I don't want you to sidetracked with false religions and meditations . Your eternal soul is at stack. This is why I write to try and explain the extreme danger of these practices that can very easily lead us astray.. Please read the Bible and ask with a sincere heart for Him to give you understanding.. My hope, my prayer is for you to come to a saving knowledge of the truth unto salvation. Dan

the Martial artist is centered in his mind, calm, yet always ready and aware no matter what situation or time of day, this control and midfulness stays with you everywhere in anything you do, communication, work etc. even in battle and caos, the mind stays in that place not wandering, mastering the mind body and master of all decisions. one mans trash is anothers treasure, one mans heaven is another mans hell, every one has a different perception so who is anyone to judge or project their opinion of what is good or bad on to another, each is at different stages of their own personal journeys/paths/battles this must be understood by others, unfortunatly or not some have not experienced hardship or been through what others have and so how can they show compassion when they hold a personal granjour position of what this other person should be or act like? once attained this state of calm centered then what? be in a world of corruption, greed and lies trying to set examples for others? I can see the benefit of that but it is a long road and i think it is already lost to be honest, i say with deep regret and dismay, the lack of community spirit, helping people then expecting returns, bribes, selling out of once held morals, a great line is always "What would 10 year old me think of me today?" Or "What would my Grandmother or Great Grandad etc think if they knew this about me " also everyone thinks they are different races and countries etc , we are all the same creature, animal, spirit it is mass madness this division. I and many others will help someone no matter the color , tatts, gang patch, or BMW they drive, let us be human again !
