- Vintage Story Desert Life is a desert-themed survival playthough in version 1.19, with a large list of mods to speed up the process of building and chiseling. While our builds will all (or at least mostly) be in the desert, we are not restricted to hot and arid climates for the purposes of gathering materials and resources.
This series exists as a series of VODs, as well, but for people who prefer their videos in a more manageable length, the VODs will be cut into these shorter episodes and released throughout the week after each livestream, provided that there is enough desire for this format.

I'm so curious what it will look like when it's ready. The shape looks nice. But chiselwork. Decorations... I'm sure it will turn out pretty. I love deserty buildings. Oriental style is always beautiful.
:D Thank you! We'll definitely be decorating this build soon, and maybe building a boat to dock here. But this is just the prelude to a larger build! :)

While I was watching the last episode, I laid down on my lazy sofa, blinked once, and it was four episodes later. Anyways, as english is one of my secondary language, I always wonder whether the synonym for hyena is hellona or howdyena.

(near) 4:3 aspect is perfect for retro-style games.
@@yaroslavbozhdynsky I've always preferred 16:10, especially for games that have a UI that takes up a portion of the top of bottom of the screen.
I get more seeds with my axe and more twigs
@@stevencook9167 Do you have any mods that change that? In the vanilla game, the axe and shears have the same drop rate for breaking leaves, but the shears can break up to 6 blocks at once.
