- Agreed, in fact it's more accurate to say that as an Orgination, the Gotei never existed to do "what's right". Their job is to maintain the balance of souls, and those in charge don't seem to care how that objective is achieved. Doesn't mean some people don't have good intentions or hearts but that the system the work under by Nature is questionable.
- The Vizards are a mixed bag in regards to strength. Generally speaking around half of them were lieutenants and they arent particularly gifted in regards to hollowfication, as you noted, they are "failed experiments". Most Vizards still pale in comparison to some of the older or more gifted Captains of the Current Gotei, and none compare to Head Captain.
- Hachigan doesn't have the same powers as orihime, their barrier-making abilities are similar but Orihime can reject phenomena within a space. Hachigan cannot do that.
Captains abandoning vizards and then abandoning rukia while she was sentenced. These things were really showing how shallow these captains really are and they never even apologized for all that. They also played right into aizens hands like wtf.

Not all... Shunsui definitely cared for them, especially Lisa. When shinji asked the vizords if they wanna say "hi" to the captains, everyone said no except Lisa, because she knows Shunsui cares. Also its an undeniable fact that Shunsui felt very guilty after lisa went missing becuz he sent her on that mission. That's exactly why he shielded and overprotected Nanao and never sent her on any fights in the manga.
@@saphirashah6266well he never sent Nanao in battle because she can’t use a zanpakuto so she is perfect for support, not for fighting in the front lines.
Its not as black and white as you make it to be. Remember that Ukitake and Kyoraku helped with Rukia. And Kyoraku stoped Nanao from killing Chad.
Nobody abandoned the vizards. Central 46 were going to execute them for being hollowfied and then they disappeared. I doubt any of the captains had any idea where they went. Most of the current captains don’t even know the vizards even existed until they just showed up.
I do like that the top 3 Espada are fighting like... 3 captain level class Shinigami at the same time.

The fact that even after realising that vizards were aizen's victim, they were still hating on vizards so that was too much despicable from captains side.
I believe it's not really about captains. Its shinigami in general. As far as i know, these guys give a vow when they apply for the shinigami. A vow to purify all hollows. And any hollow is their grave enemy. And you can understand to what extend this hate can brew for their long lifetimes.

I dont think they hated the visored. Majority were not even captains when Visored were forced to fled Soul Society. They had no idea who they were.
What? None of them hated them 🤣 what show are you watching? Yama wanted to make sure they weren’t there to fight the shinigami, and soi fon just doesn’t like strangers showing up, and the rest of the captains were fine with it. Think it’s odd, and wondering who they are, but let them join them
