Many times both of them get overlooked and you end up trying to win clients without a plan, strategy or going into the correct market. A recruitment agency believe it or not is not a massively hard business to start, the challenging part is setting yourself up correctly so that you don't make any mistakes a long the way and it will be hard to back track. Start your staffing agency with the right foundation.

    What other niches would you suggest at the moment? Think healthcare it construction etc over saturated. Might do driving until chef industry picks up,

    Hey Kadz, quick question, I've just been given a task by my firm to find hiring managers for certain companies and list them down. Im just a bit confused as to whether hiring managers are people like head of department and CTOs or whether they are recruiters in talent acquisition or HR
