Congrats guys, next time in Santiago could be in winter time, you`ll be find a very different city; snow mountains, four place near to de city for practice ski or snowboard and vineyard in the middle of the city, easy to reach by metro: Viña Cousiño Macul and Viña Concha y Toro

Excellent video, the best of Chile is in the north (the driest desert in the world) and in the south (the eternal thousand-year-old ice) the bad thing is that it is so long that it is difficult to know everything in a short time. Greetings from Santiago de 🇨🇱😎✌️

@@yourlocalexplorers If it is true, the truth is that there are many places to visit, there are many CZcamsrs who tour Chile in a motorhome and in three months (that is how long the tourist visa lasts) they are not able to see everything.

In spring the road to San José de Maipo is beautiful, there are many almond trees that bloom at that time. I do not recommend going in winter because there may be snowfall and the roads are blocked. Plus it's very cloudy. Always come in spring and autumn, the best times. Best regards from Chile 💖🇨🇱

unusual your hiking in San Alfonso. Cajón del Maipo extends much more an you can reach 6.000 meter high mountains. Without moving from Santiago you can hike numerous close mountain trails of different difficulty an extension.
It looked like there was a lot of great hiking nearby the city! I just wanted to get a sense of a smaller town in the area as well, so San Alfonso/San Jose del Maipo seemed like a great little place to check out. Some of the best empanadas I've ever tasted there!

La zona desertica es en el norte de Chile...se supone que el clima de la zona central es mediterraneo con 4 marcadas estaciones...no es una critica sino un aporte a la informacion...seria genial que vean la ciudad en invierno con la Cordillera nevada...les encantaria

Chileans broadcasting channels and press are in the hands of private extreme right entrepreneurs, they are always telling us, the Chilean about how insecure our country is and Chileans are traumatized and they are pretty much “barricade themselves” in their homes and pretty scare to go out daily, specially at night! In this video you both are freely enjoying your time in Santiago and its boundaries! Thanks God you don’t watch TV otherwise you’ll never have done this trip! Felicitaciones chicos!
nonsense, chile today is in bad shape, we were far better off before 2019 and you would have to be wilfully blind not to see it. that said, santiago is on the mend and is mostly safe, tourists should visit but always keeping an eye on their belongings.
De que hablas, no es necesario que la prensa invente nada, todos los datos estadísticos de hoy en cuanto a economía y seguridad son peores que hace 10 años, son datos, no relatos inventados. Tampoco es cierto que los canales tengan un sesgo, todo lo contrario, en chile la prensa compite por quién es más objetivo lo cual también es malo porque la objetividad en el periodismo es imposible, intentando ser objetivo solo se logra decir lo que la gente quiere escuchar y no ser incisivo en la investigación. En todos los demás países hay canales que son abiertamente de un bando político, en chile no y eso es malo, a la gente se le vende populismo por objetividad. Te puedes dar cuenta de que lo que digo es cierto viendo que cuando hay alguien en el gobierno absolutamente todos los canales toman la posición de decir lo que está más arriba en las encuestas, pasó con Piñera y está pasando ahora con Boric.
Los vendedores ambulantes son el 95% o mas, gente extranjera, que trajo su forma de vida extraña y no respeta nuestro pais.

@@asenseoftravel hello, as I said great video and I'm happy you've enjoy your stay in Chile. But I can suggest some musical genres that could fitness better, like chilean folk music ( if you are in Santiago you should put a cueca chora for example) or music by Violeta Parra. Of course, we loved to listen and dancing cumbias and salsas, but thoses videos are not completely entire representatives of our musical taste. But again great video.
@@rodrigoherreramunoz9248 i reckon their music is open source so there is less variety to choose from, regardless the music is not intrusive so i don't see the issue.

A mi me parece una ciudad muy mal cuidada y degrada por vandalismo y pintadas
claro....porque lo viste como era hace unos años. pero ellos vienen por primera vez. y aunque degradada comparada con lo de hace unos años por varios factores que ya sabemos, igual comparado con otras ciudades latinoamericanas, santiago es bastante limpio, moderno y ordenado (y claro....¿como seran las de mas, no?). ya se recuperara el centro.
Antes que llegarán los de los países tropicales claro era más ordenado y limpio el centro ahora el caos el desorden y la delincuencia extranjera nos tienen colapsado
