That is the weekend "Special" plug that was installed and inspected by an overtime employee. I have seen 3 Trane, 1 Goodman, and 1 Rheem unit that had the same issue. Copeland scrolls dont like having plug issues. You will most likely be replacing the compressor after it blows the terminals out of it. Unless you caught it VERY early, or it kicked the breaker and didnt sizzle the prong for too long.
