Xiao Long Bao 小笼包 literally means "small cage buns", so technically if you steam a bun in a small steamer basket, it can be called xiaolongbao.
But the internationally popular xiaolongbao are soup dumplings, or Xiao Long Tang Bao 小笼汤包, Tang means soup.
In Song dynasty, they were called Xiao Long Mantou 小笼馒头, but overtime Mantou just means non filling buns in China, it still means filled buns in other cultures (Mandu in Korean, Manti in Turkish, Mantu in Afghan, etc)

You can also get the potato smilies in the UK in the frozen isle of pretty much every supermarket. Also pretty sure they got served for school lunches in primary school years back before Jamie Oliver got involved.

I have chickens that have black meat. Tastes like any other chicken. Everything is black with the breed and it originated around Indonesia

Coming from China, I've gotta say we asians in the states don't over spend on food and stay cheap not cuz we can't afford to live lives but rather nothing "gourmet" here has much craftsmanship anyways. Might as well save all the money on food for a trip back to asia

Never thought an American would say food of Dicos, the first half part Chinese fast food restaurant, tastes good. I always consider Dicos as a copycat of KFC😂 But yeah, the fried chicken legs is really delicious.

Omg I love black chicken. It’s more nutritious than normal chicken. But actual black chicken has black meat.
Chinese silken chicken is a type black meat use in soup with medicine herb for health you don't eat meat it is more expensive that regular chicken .
I have a few black skinned chickens silkies but could be a different breed

Stuff in China is pretty cheap because one US dollar is seven dollars in China so this is why I like it’s better to work in America and then spend the money in China (at least that’s what my mom told me)😅😅

Haha. The reason the chicken isn’t burnt is because it came from an actual black chicken called a silkie. One of the few items where eating something black is delicious.
What do you do with the leftovers? I hope you don’t throw al this food for videos in the garbage?
