The cook is Nigerian? I have never head this dish called GOB3 in Ghana.
Sindaco, how things are difficult in Ghana, I don't think huzzlers can afford it. Just consider the items: beans, gari, riped plantain, palm oil, tomatoes, pepper, avocado, not to talk about the charcoal. Most of them will resort to one cardinal principle of Equation: elimination by substitution. Some will eliminate, the avocado or the riped plantain or both and substitute them with a lot of gari. Pintin biaa y3 omin.
Oh really wow. This pure Ghanaian dish very famous and popular. One of our late president JJ rawlings loved this food to the extent of buying on credit 👌 😋😋. The avocado 🥑 and the plantain is optional as i said in the video, it more of rich people Style. But On the street is strictly gari and beans .
