@@benthetraveler3289 no one when it comes to real wood inside and outside solid wood 🪵 cabins make better cabins than the Amish cabins because they take pride in their craftsmanship when they build something like this it is like a piece of art like the original Mona Lisa painting 🖼️ that is there canvas and they really are great 👍 at this cabin making I thought 💭 your videos are great 👍 the cabins were amazing thank you 🙏 for taking the time to share this video about the cabins ❤😊
Its nice when you can visibly tell the builders cared about a quality product. Theyre very well thought out in terms of blueprints. Material choice is quality and reliable. Their appliances arent the overly high tech expensive stuff nor the too cheap stuff. They got durable long lasting appliances in these models we are looking at here at least
With home prices and electricity bills going up I think this type of quality built cabins will be the new trend I just wish there were more financing options available great video keep them coming
We have a local camp site down the road Pine acres camp ground. They have all of these cabins. I stayed in all of them. It awesome!!!!! Putting one on my property
#2 is going to be my new house. possibly with extra loft room upstairs. 2nd bedroom is the craft room / office. These are solidly made on site with great quality and pricing!
@@terryevans1309 From what I have heard, if you are going to finance any tiny home, typically you have to get an RV loan versus a typical mortgage. You may get financing for land (owner financing or through a bank). If buying land, check with local building codes to see if you can put a tiny house on it and info on utilities. You most likely will need to do soil sampling, perk tests etc. Don’t forget to see about internet connections available too.

I went there in person and got a catalog and pricing as well as seeing their building factory. There are add ons or even some features you can add or remove. Like for us we probably will build our own larger porch but we want a lofted ceiling as well as a wood burning stove/ fireplace. And of course their furniture (bedroom set - drawer sets). So some things we will end up adding on after purchase and some things we will have them do.

Put it in GPS or you could get lost or pass it. The homes are in the parking lot and the factory is the main building on site. You could also probably call them to ask for brochure and price list.

They build on site in their factory and i believe the wood is also locally sourced. Furniture and houses as well as any wood structures are very well priced in area as there are plenty of Amish and Menonite craftspeople.
Some tiny home log cabins can cost upwards of $100,000 to $150,000 and that most likely will not include furniture. So these are well priced. Have a nice day 😊

Looks nice , but why is there a support beam in the way of access to the 2nd story. Did they forget the 2nd story during design ?
I would add a hinged deck on the front to cover the hitch, protect the front while moving, and add space.
The hitches are usually removable and they are slid underneath the home for storage. Have a nice day.
The second one is much better. If you don't have kids you can turn the bedroom next to the bathroom into an office.
