Osage County Sheriff's Office finds man's body in Bird Creek near Barnsdall

- The Osage County Sheriff's Office, working with Christian Aid Ministry Search & Rescue, discovered the body of a man in Bird Creek on May 11.
Sheriff Eddie Virden told 2 News the body found matches the description of missing 81-year-old Wayne Hogue.
"We've been searching the area for a victim that's been missing since the night of the storm and today, we did recover a male from Bird Creek," Virden said.

My heart breaks for his son who i hear talked to his dad just before the tornado. I hear they told each other they loved one another and they'd talk after the storm. RIP Mr. Hogue and may peace and healing come to his son. Many grieve along with you for your dad. Been waiting for news on him , and so sad of the news tonight that i'm seeing.
