Aegon II, the official crackhead of Team Green. Just funny scenes involving King Aegon II in Season 2 Episode 1. #houseofthedragon #aegontargaryen #hbomax #teamgreen #oncrack #aegonfunnymoments
Aegon is a certified sigma. When that petitioner went "Oh My King, we need salt from Essos, but the blockade..." Aegon just hit him with that: "That treasonous blockade won't last long. I intend to send Vhagar to burn it to ash🗿"
Then there's the scene where Aegon was chillin with his homies in the throne room discussing better names for him. Aegon the Generous Aegon the Dragon Heart Aegon the Dragon Cock (The Untamable Beast)
Otto micro-managing Aegon is so funny. "That fleet won't last long I plan to send Vhagar to burn it to ash." Otto's expecting to have to step in again and he's like "I guess that decision's... fine... I'd have said it more eloquently though."
@@WhiteDragon110AC 6 episodes later, and literally everything Aegon said was right. Should have considered the smallfolk, Should have secured Harrenhal, Should have secured Grover Tully, Should have burnt the blockade sooner. I wouldn't say he doesn't have a clue, they were too cautious.
Someone once said they love George RR Martin books because “you have these good guys doing some terrible things and then you have bad guys doing great things” and I think Aegon II and his material in Fire and Blood is a fine example of this. Glad to see HotD finally show some of Aegon’s better qualities and traits.
I kinda feel sorry for Otto. Imagine spending two decades conspiring to put your grandson on the throne, that you neglect to consider whether your grandson should be on the throne.
Game of Thrones really conditioned me lmao watching Aegon rule most of the time has me thinking "damn this kid is stupid but honestly not the worst king I've ever seen" lmaooooo
Is it me or is Aegon just doing his best as a King but not in a intelligent way? You can clearly see he is not interested in politics and It seems like he had no other choice anyway so he had to step up.
He is smarter than everyone on his council lmao. 1. He considers the smallfolk, since Aemond took over they have since risen up and rioted against them. 2. He was right about Harrenhal, Daemon is about to have an army gatherd there in episode 7/8. 3. He was right about winning over the Tullys first because they are about to join Daemon now. 4. He was right about a dragon going with Criston in episode 3 because they could have killed Moondancer. 5. He was right about burning the blockade, it would have stopped the riots and food shortages.
@@whatisreddin7367 Good point, though I had no idea what was gonna happen because I never considered reading the books so that there would be no spoilers, we realized he was right when it was too late, everyone underestimated him to the point that no one wants to listen to a drunktard king who's still in his youth. Aemond and Criston wanted to take matters into their own hands because they have personal vendettas against the Blacks, Criston wanted to get back at Rhaenyra and Aemond wanted all of her children dead, they rushed decided everything behind his back out of impulse to win the war in haste but not for the well-being of Aegon's legacy, but for revenge.
@@thepope8240 well they've also changed him A LOT from the books too. He was in on Cristons plan and him and Aemond fought Rhaenys together, he just got badly injured in the fight because he had the smallest dragon, he wasnt drunk and betrayed by his brother like in the show. The showrunners wanted to make him look incompetent but it has backfired now 😅🤦♂️
@@whatisreddin7367 Agreed. I somehow read a post that referred to the books and was expecting the brothers to double team Rhaenys. I wanted to see how the two brothers would make a good dynamic duo and to my surprise, Aegon was just another victim by Aemond. The show really wanted Aemond to be the top villian with a tragic backstory.
this is a great edit! aegon is such an interesting character. he went from being a teenager who is a bit of a dumbass to a man who is objectively detestable, but he's still just a guy who wants love and acknowledgement. everything he does is to please, either himself or others. he's more like viserys than i think he likes to think. one small critique, the background music was louder than the dialogue, so it was very hard to concentrate on the characters themselves because they were barely audible. perhaps in future you could bring down the volume a little?
They seem to think that Dorne and its inhabitants are legally subordinate to the Iron throne, but for now they are just rebels who sooner or later will kneel
Winter is about to arrive and their winter is like years long unlike the ones we get here. Food is more important than money during these times. I wish they just allowed him to make the shepherd's flock whole.
Well this was his character arc from the previous season trying to be of some use, and now he has lost almost everything......with his half-unburned body...... more character development is incoming if they don't change much from the book..........Aegon is the only character in the series with serious character development.
Rhaenyra: has 10+ dragons*
Gigachad Aegon: Mine are bigger 🗿🍆

@@diegoborges1348only vhagar is bigger lol.
Guy is the definition of overcompensation. Him and Daemon, just bottomless pits of insecurity.
@@siewmj1 There would be also Dreamfyre but that's been ignored...
Tom said Aegon is not scared of Rhaenyra's dragons
Honestly he was so willing to return the sheep lol. That’s a miracle for a farmer
“Smiles in war crime” 😂💀😂💀
There's no Geneva in westeros so no such thing as warcrime
Then there's the scene where Aegon was chillin with his homies in the throne room discussing better names for him.
Aegon the Generous
Aegon the Dragon Heart
Aegon the Dragon Cock (The Untamable Beast)
"Aegon the Strong"
Aegon:" I'm afraid my nephews already took that one."😅
@masterplokoon8803 lol
I love how enthisiastic he was sitting the throne only to quicly realising its lot of micromanagment of things he gives zero shit about
Darn it. Tom is so likable, I can not resist!

I can see why he does it . Aegon has no clue what he's doing
@@WhiteDragon110AC Well nobody taught him how to rule. Otto and Alicent dragged him to the throne.

Well, Otto never treated him like a human, or family just a tool so why should Argon care.
Thats just karma
Aemond's smug face when Alicent mentions him killing Lucerys.
Tom is amazing as Aegon
At the council he's like a teenager having to put up with long hours of school
The prince bothering the Lannister SENT MEEE
Aegon is giving dumb blond energy 😂
The meeting scene always gets me 😂 Tyland: 👁👄👁
Aegon : 😃
Jaeherys: 🙂
The table: 🤨
Tyland: 😥
Alicent: 😒 We have more important matters

Aegon is aegon that's why this show is intriguing...
One true heir to the Iron Throne 💚
I love Aegon so much. Tom is BRILLIANT!
with such a short scene on the throne, he already proved himself a more capable king that the little ratbag joffrey

if there’s one thing aegon shouldn’t have listened to his grandfather about, it was returning the shepherd’s sheep 😭 he was so cute in that scene too!
Aegon ii is ❤
someone get tom in a rom com immediately, please and thank you
How can you hate him? 😂😂 Really
Such a shame we only see him in his prime for a few episodes.
i mean, he's aegon the MAGNANIMOUS
This is so well edited, great job!! 😭😂
Aegon the cool
Sheep, even better!
I was having a bad day but this video made me laugh so I'm good now. Thank you, please make more. 😊
At least he brings a little humor.........
What a beautiful lad
Aegon was a victim man dude didnt even want the throne
high rn and this shit was funny af. Aegon’s actor really nails it
PErHaPs we could just return his sheep, he came all this way
Otto idiot Hightower: ruining everything for another time
I feel like I'm having a big crush on TGC hahaha..
Btw, Dorne isn't part of the seven kingdoms yet so I think Rhoynar should be excluded.
They seem to think that Dorne and its inhabitants are legally subordinate to the Iron throne, but for now they are just rebels who sooner or later will kneel
They styled themselves as rulers of the Rhoynar before they controlled Dorne.
I love Aegon😭🤭
He was the best part of the season 2
Nice edit
3:32 Couldn’t they just pay the herder for his sheep?

@@shikenkanade I thought shepherds lived by selling their sheep, or products thereof like wool.

@@philhelm1318 They are probably going to change that alot in the books have changed already
Was really goona made tyland a pony or was he just messing around?🤨
Insulting an ally like that in the middle of a war is quite the stupid move
