Thanks! I was replacing my fuel lines and like an idiot I pulled them both loose at the same time from the carb. You showed me the correct sequence where the lines plugged back into the carb.

Very good. This is how I should have done it with my BL150. My fuel filter was way at the top of the tank. I don't know if this were a design flaw or if someone messed up while doing repairs. The nipple seems to be a very good idea for the return since my tank leaked fuel without it.

I bought a fuel line replacement kit from "Genuine Parts" that is supposed to work with Bolens (I have the BL 160 trimmer)... problem was the only hose that came with it was for the fuel line, and it doesn't fit through the primer line hole in the fuel tank. I tried slicing off part of it and pulling it through with a needle nose plier, but it wouldn't go through.
So if you buy a replacement kit with only one hose, it might not work because it's the larger hose. It's fine for the fuel line, but it won't work for the primer line. And in my case, it's only the primer line that popped loose, the fuel line is fine.
