Kate is good at her job. Very creative with a decorators eye for the table settings and parties. Just don't get on her bac side. She will run to Captain Lee. Captain Lee gets on my last nerve criticizing the deck crew while sitting in his ivory tower. Being a deck hand requires physical strength, indurance, athletic ability to deal with the waves, wind and currents. So easy to sit up there and nit pic. IF he doesnt BABY SIT what has he to do? Dock the boat and eat Cherios?

MY WIFE & I WATCH THE SHOW, AND HAVE REALLY STARTED TO DETEST "THE QUEEN BEE" HOLIER-THAN-NOW-ATTITUDE NOT ONLY OF CREW BUT ALSO OF GUESTS. SHE SEEMS TO REALLY GET OFF ON STIRRING THE POT.
THE GOOD THING THAT HAS COME OF THIS, IS THAT WE ARE TAKING POSSESSION OF OUR OWN 147 FOOTER, AND GIVES US SOME IDEAS OF WHAT TO BE WARY ABOUT WITH STAFF. OF COURSE REALIZING THAT YOU SHOW IS CREATED TO DRAW VIEWERS WITH DRAMA & AND A LITTLE BIT OF SEXUALITY THROWN IN.

On the last season, Thailand, Kate was completely out of line getting involved between Ashton and Rhylee. Kate is an instigator in disruptive behavior and did not act the least bit professional on the show. In ship parlance, she should stay in her own wheelhouse. Ashton is well rounded (drinking aside) and did a great job juggling Rhylee (who can’t handle any authority) and Kate (who can’t mind her own business) and running the deck. While on the job he was polite and informative and despite Rhylee’s attitude, struggled to keep her in line when in any other job she would have been fired, quickly!
I wish the show would focus more on job and guest. Less hooking up first day on boat with crew you just met. That comes off as schripted to me and not real world. Bravo ruined the show Real World beause it became to sexual and unreal.

Captain Lee is covering for Kate if you watch the series I watched it from beginning My friends own yachts and I know crewmembers Kate is totally wrong Ashton was wrong for the kiss and going off on Kate But he was fed up with her and manipulationis Kates lying and she did not get along with mini male on show even Ben. A known chef is been on twice said it more than once who she had affair with called her a bitch and a manipulator out of 100 maybe 15% got along with her
I LOVE ASHTON! He's a class act - so natural and sincere. Kate is a 10K phony! Every gesture she makes is rehearsed. Nothing much to say about Cap'n Lee - he's boring.
Kate can definitely be fake, but Ashton is vile. He throws temper tantrums like a 4 year old.
You should go watch the after show when Ashton talks about his “I’m so tired of working so hard to get my dick sucked” comment. It was disgusting! He is a pig!
