I have lower back pain and have been working for 6 weeks now with a trainer , doin some of the same core strengthening exercises u discuss. In your opinion , how many months of this work (5 days a week) will it take for the back to become stronger . And btw, I am over 60. Thank you

It depends on the person and program. My average program is 2 months but can be longer depending on person.

Hi Dr. Baird! When you are in the dead bug position are you flattening your back on the floor or is there a slight space/curve, just not too much extension?

@@user-nl9dm2zi5h There will be a a slight curve/space. That is nuetral spine and yoru job is to maintain that without over extending
