    I found your channel because I started a HIIT program at my gym after being pretty sedentary for my life. I really bombed the first class because the music, new place, new people overwhelmed me and I had at hard time remembering the moves the instructor was giving (plus she was dividing her time and I needed a little bit more attention). Anyway - I found your channel because I was looking up the exercises to be more prepared. I appreciate what you're doing here :) Thank you.
