- A long awaited tricking tutorial. Today I'd like to share the methods of how I learned a "cheat gainer" in tricking. I'll be sharing two of the most common progressions and how to do so safely, easily, with the right technique. If there are other methods that work for you, please share them down below - these are just how I think about the trick. Hopefully this helps!
Also included are some massage tips about where to do self-myofascial release when training a gainer. It's important to take care of your body as you train and progress or you'll build up wear and tear.
