The instruction manual says you can pull the battery out. Have you figured out how to do that?

I’ve noticed that as well! On the side there’s a button that looks like a switch. I think if you press on that first it should allow you to remove the battery.

@@claytonjames4779 Good point. The thing is I’ve got roughly 7 geriatrics on my block who use them. Figure out how to fix it and I’ve got a monopoly on the G-Patients and Apollo game. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t teach it to fix an Apollo. Much quicker with your idea tho.

The unit I purchased cant get the battery open, and it has stopped working even though it says it is charged. Piece of junk

dang sorry to hear that. I know that can happen with some of these chinese branded products. Hopefully you can still return/replace them if you bought on amazon!

This thing sucks. Battery won't hold a full charge, can't turn it off, switch broke on the bottom. It's loud... and it's not available anymore 😂😂
