I just found your channel and this is the very first video of yours I am watching. I'm only 5 minutes into the video and I'm pretty sure that you will now be my most favorite channel that I subscribe to. I appreciate how authentic you are. I am 56, with ADHD, and I desperately need to use a planner to help me with daily life, but I haven't been able to determine what that should look like for me. Currently, I have dozens of notebooks and I end up grabbing one and writing something in it, but then next time I grab a different one and do the same thing. It has made my anxiety so much worse. I wish I could figure out how to keep a planner for my life. I'm going to go watch more of your videos right now. Thank you, thank you!!!
So glad you’ve joined the family. May I suggest you pick ONE notebook and just put the date at the top and start making a daily list. And if you have to date ahead go for it! And out the other notebooks away so they are not a distraction. Decorate the ONE notebook and make it fun and pretty for YOU. I hope this suggestion works for you.
I am willing to try anything. My brain seems to work in overdrive and I almost feel like I need to carry a notebook around every minute of everyday. By the time I find "the book" I've forgotten what it is I needed to write in it. @@talksfromtheheart
I totally know what you mean about FEELINGS. People very close to me have talked about how it's wrong to "live in your feelings." However, I recently saw a sermon on the fact that God GAVE US FEELINGS, and while we don't have to let them control us or determine our every move, they DO matter and we need to consider them!! They can keep us from making bad decisions. Good for you for recognizing this and sharing your feelings with us! By the way, write UM on a piece of paper and put it in front of you when you're filming. I heard that tip from a public speaking class I went to. Hope it works!!
I made it till January 5th before I caved in and ordered a cousin. I only use the daily pages so I switched to A6 techno for 2024 but was so unhappy. Lovin’ being back in the cousin again and I am glad you are back enjoying too! Great video today!

I bought an A6 Stylogy this year instead of the Hobonichi. I set it all up and then hated it. It felt like I was just writing in a blank notebook instead of a proper planner. Using the weeks now but going to add an A5 for work. Love watching your videos.

The cost of shipping on website is expensive compared to others. The out of control card and her other cute deco cards really want to find a place in my planner 😂

If you have a Daiso store nearby, it’s fun to look at all of their stuff. And it changes so it gives me a reason to stop in and look around each time I’m near it. (Super affordable. We call it the Japanese dollar store)
