I think it's 100% authentic to create them and not use them! They SO helped me get started in my hobo in Jan. I think for some people they are so helpful to get started. They also provide ideas for days you don't know what to do. You are giving inspiration!
I don’t think it’s inauthentic to not use your prompts. People come to you because they need help with prompts. But unlike them- no disrespect to them- you’re a prompts expert. We all have different skills and wins & that’s what’s awesome. Anyway, don’t sweat it. And ty for sharing!
Thank you for posting again and in the Hobonichi -- Yay! I too tried the B6 Common planner this year. I wanted to like it and stay with it the entire year but I don't know it just didn't connect so I am back in the Cousin and planner peace for me. 😀

I'm in an academic year Common Planner now and its amazing, I'm getting into it ahead in the daily pages for the end of May/June and plan to add an A5 once I run out of the daily pages. My work development schedule is July - May so an academic year planner made sense :)

I just found your channel and love your journaling style. Kudos to you for being open with your consumer debt. I also am dealing with paying off several CC. When my husband passed away in 2016, I did a lot of "retail therapy". I'm trying to pay them off but as a single, retired person it is sometimes difficult due to unexpected expenses. But, I'll keep trudging along Lol.

Hi Claire. Great video. As someone who used to be in cc debt the best advice I’ve used was paying my card several times a week since interest accrues daily instead of paying on the due date. Keep attacking to kill that interest. When it’s paid off use it as you would your debit card and pay it 100% 3 days after charging on it. (Knowing what you can use from what’s available in your bank acct) Continuing through the month to keep your revolving credit in excellent status. Goodluck!!!! Don’t forget to budget the fun things too. Include that so the temptation of using credit for fun days isn’t there. Everyone needs a rainy day budget ❤ loved your video. I was inspired to do more collaging and will do it on my monthly pages.

We all have our do our own journeys - I love the SI B6 as well. It doesn’t mean I don’t like the Hobonichi cousin, but I am preferring the B6 in size at the moment- you don’t need to defend yourself to anyone! Let’s face it just glad there are options now!
I use one of my weeks for "home" and it comes with me when my cousin can't. It was a media tracker, then just books, then my finances. I went hard on my finances for about 6 weeks. The spending. I had to track the spending. It was so bad! Ugh. Anyways I got it back on track and now have a few things in that weeks but it's main purpose is still the money part. It's a source of anxiety for me and I couldn't be adding that to my cousin, if that makes sense. I think it's nice you're able to do what you want when you want with planners. Also, i love watching hobonichi cousin content so I'm biased.

I get my magazines from all over, really -- I had a few gifted subscriptions from friends & family, I find them at thrift stores & half-priced books, library sales... also got a few from friends, I'd recommend asking some people you know or buy nothing groups if they have any they'd like to get rid of! :) I know you stumbled upon the answer yourself, LOL, but this may help someone!! It's true... they're certainly not as big of a thing, and they're EXPENSIVE!! So I get people's' hang-ups with cutting them up. Ha!
