I can tell alot of yall stopped caring about the case after March madness because alot of new details have come out. Brandon miller was never involved in the shooting hence why he's still playing. Darius miles is fixing to be released soon because he and his friend were acting in self defense. The girls bf has some blame for her death because he had time to leave the scene but instead was circling the block with the lights off stalking miles and Davis. He even pulled behind miller's car, miller never blocked her in. That was a big lie just like the rejection thing. She was caught in the crossfire because her bf brought her into a shootout. I suggest yall read the updated facts on the case.

During the initial argument, Miles and Davis were on foot and Miller wasn't in the area. So how would the bf recognize Miller's car and make the connection to Miles and Davis from before? Doesn't make sense. The more likely scenario is that Miles and Davis recognized the victim's Jeep stalled in traffic and Davis reacted first.

Who’s to say that he wasn’t there trying to convince his friends to get in the car and leave and avoid the situation? Trust me, in a small southern Alabama town like Tuscaloosa, a young black man wouldn’t get away with anything if he was involved. Especially a young black man that’s headed for millions. My question is: If the boyfriend was trying to “avoid the situation”, then why did he return to the scene?

Any of us with a child, sibling or relative caught up in the same situation would be grateful for this young man’s outcome. Bad choices were made by everyone involved and a precious life was lost. Nevertheless he was not the shooter nor did he purpose to kill anyone. The person responsible for the shooting is being held responsible for the murder. I hope Brandon has learned how important it is to choose wisely whom you allow in your circle. Additionally, I thank God his mom is cancer free and I look forward to watching him play and have great success in the NBA.

Someone asking him to bring a gun and theh that person being in a shootout in which someone gets killed is a bad decision but doesn't make him legally responsible . We are sitting here talking about a 20 yr old , whose mother just fought breast cancer. Maybe a bad interview but why demonize him when he did nothing leagally wrong . He never got charged, never got suspended, and was still a high draft pick and more important he gets to live a charmed life moving forward. What most of you misinformed commenters haven't once acknowledged. Darius Miles was not the only gunman, Jamea Harris's boyfriend pulled a gun on them. Her boyfriend is just as liable for her death than Miles. 2. Brandon Miller was NOT involved in the shooting itself, but was a witness to it. He has properly cooperated with investigators from that night through right now. You people keep making puns on here for likes and other pigheaded replies. If you have ever stepped in front of a class and was made to give a speech..how many times did you sound like a shaky nervous robot? Not everyone is blessed to have no nervousness in the spotlight. Give the man a break! His will and determination to do the right thing by giving his witness statement over and over against the ACTUAL shooters, is him honoring the life lost in Jamea Harris. Tell us how you would handle it if your friend, a brother, a sister, or or a cousin, etc... was the one threatened by a gun from the boyfriend of the victim? Brandon Miller is only guilty of being a witness to a tragic situation. Now everyone take a breath and find out before you blame 1 guy that was never the guys that pulled the trigger.

Brandon Miller was interviewed by police at least 3 times, not to mention turning over his cellphone and dashcam footage. Video footage from cameras on the block.backed up HIS story..Meanwhile her coward bf cant even be found. So who has honored her more? Brandon Miller, not Cedric Johnson

Key word "Bring Me My Gun." It WAS NOT Brandon's gun. Period. Base your facts of opinion off the law and not the internet/media. If you disagree about what went down, blame you and your local politicians who don't vote better people to be in position of power to change the laws in the favor or manner in which you agree with. If you know body language you can clearly see he was ignorant through the entire situation because He just didn't know. He did not pull the trigger. When all is said and done if he wants to really ease the minds of the world, take a live open lie detector test. Honestly, he doesn't even have to do that. If there are any body language experts out there, what do you think???

Even if it wasn’t Brandon’s gun, that doesn’t make him any less of a possible accessory to a murder (I say possible bc I can say for sure). Someone literally died after he gave dude the gun so if Brandon knew or even had an idea of what was going on, he definitely bears a lot of responsibility even if he didn’t pull the trigger.

@@MrWatevaman Exactly bro. Man, GPS tracking, MAC Address tracking doesn't lie, Look. @jay_1212 The kid is very talented in basketball. BUT how he talks, his mannerisms, and even in his eyes you can tell he's not that bright too his surroundings. Either he's not bright deeper down or he's just another kid hanging around more dangerous and dumber kids who did something terrible. Honestly, you don't need to be and expert to see this on his face. He was too dumb to pick up on what was going on as he was already in route before even being asked to bring his gun because he's not aware of his surroundings and the people he hangs with. He's just young with no real street sense. Anyone else out here who is not dumb too the world would of turned around or put two and two together.

The story was that the Darius Miles (or his friend) were making comments at the young lady while walking on the campus strip trying to get her attention. Her boyfriend stepped in and words were had. A few minutes later- They were firing at her boyfriend - missed him and killed her on the passenger side of the car.
