Lily is a very busy girl. I've been noticing in the videos that she is a hard worker. She milks, cooks and does so much. Now today in the tour she is busing around tidying things around in the background. Congrats girl, your parents must be proud of you and grateful for the help you bring to the family.

One thing I love about your house is your living room. You have the wood burning stove as the focal point of your room and not the television. That truly makes a statement about your home, that you are not all about the tv.

I would also like to see a detailed video of how Rebekah handles the milk including how she cleans and or sterilizes the glass jars she uses for everything. Using lemons and orange peels with vinegar for a rinse aid is one of the best things I’ve learned about in a long time. I will try that thank you.

Man I would love to live a life like you guys. Started saving up already and studying hard so I can get a well payed job 🤞🤞A life like this is quite uncommon in my area (South West England - not London but further down)

I don't know why but the way Jonah (hope I spelled that right 👍) says "Papa" sounds so nice. The whole setup of your homestead looks so satisfying, I'd love it, especially the basement. Also I love how yellow the butter is.

Do you plan on more bedrooms for when the children gets older?
We have quite a bit in common ☺️ besides living in the same general area. Tim & I will celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in September. We homeschool our two kiddos, and we definitely work better as a team instead of one being off in an office. Your home & grounds are lovely. Mine currently look like hobos live here, lol, but now that my husband is doing some better and not spending so much time in hospital (10 surgeries in the past 3 years I think it was) and we have power wheelchairs to help us conserve energy and not be in so much pain (both disabled), we’re getting more done ☺️. Your home is really cool, I always wondered exactly how that worked with your living space being over a barn. Stay safe, be well 😊

5:50 gate, we have that in our back yard to get through that fence. It works wonders.
For what it is worth I think Al Lumnah has designed and built the best pig shaw system I have seen. The animals can be locked up/protected at night, and it harvest rain water off the roof for easy pig watering.

You should think about doing what lumnah acres did with the barn kit if you can’t find enough trees you want to cut down. Or at least to maybe get a cut list or building plans.
