  • Today we are doing a Front & Rear differential gear lube change on the 2007 LBZ "Paper Weight" duramax! We are using AMSOIL 75W-90 (Linked Below)

    Yes always change the front diff if doing the rear. I also run solvent to clean all parts before refilling.

    I'm from Alabama I got a lb7 from Oklahoma so ar rebuilding my t-case and the oil don't look like it been changed so I'm just gonna put all new fluids and filters

    Dump the front diff oil next month and replace those leaking axle seals. Yikes!!! Loved the video as always 👍

    Actually had the Dmaxstore do this for me at 156k miles. I had reviewed the car fax and didn’t see that it had been done. Thankfully there was nothing wrong with it.
    How many miles does that have on it?

    Can I put 4 quarts in the back instead of 4.2 quarts?? It is a big deal?

    Is it not 3.17 quarts for rear and just over 2 for the front ?

      It was about 2 in the front yes the rear was more than I thought it was going to be
