Hi I have a question: why do live photos tend to be blurry when I add them into my reel?
How do I upload it???
Im sure this helps young people but I’m a 53 year old British guy. I heard the words but 90% might just have been foreign. We can’t see what you are tapping on the screen so stuff just happens and we miss it. It looks beyond me but thanks anyway.
If you click the little Cog up the top right of the screen you can alter the playback speed so that you can slow it down and will be (hopefully) able to see where she clicks.

Hi Ida. So, I am following your video and trying my hand at it; but my Samsang Galaxy Ultra S22 camera does NOT have a select bottom on my Gallery of photos. What? I've clicked every icon...none say select. Now what? Can you help me? Thank you, your new subscriber, Linda
Maybe just click on the video or photo that you want to add. You might have to add them one at a time. I’m sorry I’ve actually never used a Samsung photo so I don’t really know.
I could not zoom in on any pictures to crop OR select any music I wanted??
It might be your account type or Instagram still hasn’t updated your account. It’s weird because not everyone has all the same features.
I don’t have the option to select Live Photo. They only appear as photos. Any pointers?
You could screen record the Live Photo playing and then add the video.

Instagram sized is best but you can add any dimension
When I select a video, it doesn't have add at the top to has next. Is this a new update? When I select multiple photos it doesn't let me turn on LIVE for them. Can you help? Unless I add them one by one?
If you can’t add Live Photos you could screen record the photos on live and then add the screen recording.
My insta doesn’t let me post live videos on my reel when it use to, it’s so annying!!
I’m in reels. I have no icons like yours in reels. Also can’t zoom in. My app is updated.
It might be your account type, or you have to wait till it shows up. I loose and gain features all the time

Make sure they are the correct image ratio before you add them.
Instagram is not allowing adding effects on existing videos new update
It still works for me. It might come back for you. Hopefully it will soon allow you to pick the effect tho.

If you’re in the camera part you can just swipe up and pick any video from your camera roll.

@@WonderfulIda I am trying to find out how people are downloading clips, I assume from CZcams, and using them to make reels. For example a specific highlight from soccer game day Neymar doing a specific move. My videos I make I would like to show me doing a soccer move. Splice in the highlight then show step by step how to do it. I can not find out where or how they are downloading and using clips. Another example would be people using clips from movies in reels. How are they getting them
@@bockersoccer Screen record the clips from your phone and then upload them. Look up how to screen record on your phone and then just record the clips you want to use, and upload them to reels

Because the photos you are adding are the wrong dimensions so Instagram crops them.
My iphone does not have all these menu choices
Each account is different. And it changes all the time. It could be because of your account type or how long you’ve had Instagram
