Crooked believes that we need a better conversation about politics, culture, and the world around us-one that doesn’t just focus on what’s broken, but what we can do to fix it. At a time when it’s increasingly easy to feel cynical or hopeless, former Obama staffers Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, and Tommy Vietor have created a place where people can have sane conversations that inform, entertain, and inspire action. In 2017 they started Crooked with Pod Save America-a no-bullshit conversation about politics. Since then, we continue to add shows, voices, and opportunities for activism, because it’s up to all of us to do our part to build a better world. That’s it. End of mission.

When my husband and I were trying to have babies, I miscarried three separate times at various stages of fetal development up to 10 weeks. Every time I was pregnant it was a wanted baby. Three times I miscarried and it happened after seeing a heart beat on the monitor and the baby looking fine but then the heart beat wasn't there at the next appointment and we ultimately had a deceased baby that I had to deal with by an induced birth at the hospital. Eventually we turned to ivf for a successful pregnancy. Each miscarriage was devastating and I cannot imagine myself having a criminal record for the medical help that I needed to have during this time. I met a Buddhist during these years and her comments about life and reincarnation were a great comfort when you are trying to make sense of what keeps happening and why the baby is only living for a short time. She told me that some souls do not need to experience a full life to be reincarnated and ascend spiritually and my babies had chosen to not be born. I'm not a Buddhist, I'm a Christian but I found it very comforting to think that.
Kari lake is or was a Buddhist as she once was also a news person. Why she has turned on her self is strange and sad.

This is not uncommon. A woman's body often rejects a fetal development. The shear amount of chemical and biological changes that occur to enable a full term baby is mind boggling. Women should be supported to have a family, not placed blame on when nature decides to intervene.

Seriously never trust polls my man or woman or they or them or however you want me to address you.. I’m voting for trump & even tho he’s up I still don’t trust it bc polling in last few elections been off & crazy part is, the polling usually goes to favor the democrat. So basically after elections we see GOP over perform compared to what the polls said & we see the Democratic candidate under perform.. all I can tell everyone is to get out and vote 🤷🏼‍♂️ like I said I’m voting for Trump this time around bc I’m sick & tired of what this administration has been doing & that’s nothing for us bc with at least with trump’s 4 years whether you hate him or like him we had more money left over in our pockets & now we struggle to just pay the bills & our country was way safer & stronger & no wars.
As a former democrat I encourage you to do your homework on both & I don’t mean read about Biden & Trump from CNN bc we all know that’s one sided.
That’s exactly what’s wrong today and that’s the media it’s not like what it used to be & we all know this. Media use to report whatever it was whether they liked it or not but today nope.
That’s another reason why I’m switching bc we got to get our country back to being like it use to be where both sides still got along but we constantly got Biden telling us the maga hates us & are racist & Nazi. Let me be first to tell you that’s not true bc anyone can walk in to a trump rally and will instantly be welcomed. My black friend who use to be democrat who voted Clinton In 2016 but Trump In 2020 bc he discovered the media is lying to us about him and literally programming us to hate him. All the left use to love him til he ran as president bc he isn’t a puppet like your typical GOP or Dem & this is why we need him & why they been trying to get rid of him but they can’t bc he’s done nothing wrong but they hate that he is for the people and to put more money in our pockets while the regular politician is about themselves and putting more money into their pockets. Why you think Trump didn’t have any wars going on? Bc he was about us but Bush, Obama & Biden well wars bc they can send money overseas that loops around back to their pockets, no lie & they hated him bc he was bringing jobs back here giving us jobs and said no to China well the regular politicians want no jobs here they want our stuff imported so they can have shady business schemes with China smh I just wish more people would wake up.
Yes Trump is odd and looks funny & I wish he would stop to think more before he speaks but the thing is at least he’s honest and tells it like it is & he needs to find a better way of saying things for sure but keep being brutally honest.
If anyone here is old school democrat and hasn’t leaned to far left please stop & think & do your homework on both candidates and that means dig bc the media hides all the great things Trump did in office like with black American schools & colleges & getting people out of jail that was put their from Bidens racist 90s law and also if your independent, please do the same..
We can not allow Biden to destroy our country & democracy

Women, you need to wake up, get in gear, volunteer, vote & get everyone you can get, to vote for pro-choice Democratic candidates-and that means for *all* offices.
I live in Az. The one thing the Az SC has done is to make it a little easier to elect our 2nd Democratic Senator (Gallego) & to swing Az to Biden.
