You could even do your Millennium Calendar tap/untap shenanigans during your upkeep before Seizan's upkeep trigger resolves, in case that matters in a future game. For most activated abilities (i.e. ones that don't specify they can only be activated as a sorcery), you can activate them whenever you have priority. The only steps where players don't receive priority are the untap step and (normally) the cleanup step.
But, yeah, drawing your card for turn is a turn-based action that happens before any abilities that trigger in the draw step. So you can cast instant-speed spells and activate abilities between drawing for turn and resolving Teferi's Puzzlebox
