My Xbox One is the only piece of equipment in my house that can’t connect to the internet. I’ve triple checked - wired setup and internet connection are both perfect, but still says it can’t connect. I’ve tried calling Spectrum and chatting with Microsoft, but neither company has been able to help me. Very frustrating. I pay top dollar for equipment and monthly services that NEVER works. It’d be nice if someone could at least tell us why this is happening to so many people.

SlicedMango 17. Mine started in December . Home button wouldn't work on controller..then ..now it won't sign in green screen black screen. If it gets to sign !e in ...soon as move around start game or app...it goes back to....it took to long to load try again" freezes loads continues y...seem it started after December 8 update. IDK. Any ideas....tried all troubleshooting called 1800 4my Xbox. They said they we re unaware of this but gave me some troubleshooting and didn't hasn't worked yet...

Good quick summary. i had moved from one location to another and completely forgot I had the IP set to manual. I did everything and was going nuts.. set that to auto and back in action in seconds

Mine says it has all services available and still won't work the online games keep offering Xbox live gold when I already have it
call xbox live 18004699269 they can help you flush it mine did the same thing it take them like two second to do it they have to do it from their side : )

Great video. I use a dns proxy service which works great with all my over decides except my xbox one. My internet speeds are 120 down/ 7 up and my over devices connect at similar speedsz. However my xbox one seems to only get about max 25 down / 2.5 up when I use the Don's proxy. When I turn the proxy off (it's set up in the router's settings) my xbox one connects closer to where it should at 100+ mbps down. I'm led to believe that xbox one utilizes another method to check dns than other devices so proxys don't play to well with them. Any advice on this?
If you're not connecting to your ISP then the speeds could be a bit slower since the proxy is sending you through more connections.

Is this Xbox service issue affecting only a certain amount of people? Because when my Xbox was working my friends never mentioned any trouble which concerned me
during test of network settings the icon just circles around and does not connect to anything to say anything back after restarting everything in all different ways suggested. Internet is working for everything else and says it is online and connected to console?

Guys if you are using you phones network, just delete all your phones information and start the phone from the scratch. then connect it without changing the password or anything. worked for me

Hi! I know this is for the Xbox one, but when trying to play Gears of war 4 on my windows 10 pc, I get an error stating "Failed to create game A connection to Xbox live could not be established. Please check your connection and try again."
I'm logged into my same gamertag as on my Xbox One S, I tested the network- it's good and Xbox live services are up and running.
I contacted Microsoft chat and the Ambassador sent me a link to this video and closed the chat room.
Do you have suggestions on what my issue could be?

I have a Hard wired connection ( Ethernet) but when I go to my current network statistics is shows that I’m wired but then a few moments later it then knocks me off line and then signs me out of my account but then it connects again saying I’m wired, IPv4, NAT Type Open and all services available but then boots me back off after a minute or so. Any suggestions to why this happens?

Hi, I'm having a really really bad issue with my Xbox at the moment. No forums work to fix this issue, I can't message friends and when I do it says an error occurred and it tells me to go to xbox support to fix it. And check to see if your account isn't restricted from sending messages. I done all of this but it still won't work :(
