Whats something i can do for the “double nat detected” thing, i get onto gta online and am there for maybe 3 minuets and get the “you have been disconnected for an unknown network error” any ideas of how to help???

If you have a double nat detected try connecting your Xbox directly to the modem and then restarting both the Xbox and the modem. Check your Network settings to make sure the NAT message is gone. If you’re still seeing the NAT message, contact your service provider for more help.

If none of the other steps fixed this then the next thing to try would be port forwarding. You will need to call you internet provider and ask them to open these ports:
Port 88 (UDP)Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)Port 53 (UDP and TCP)Port 80 (TCP)Port 500 (UDP)Port 3544 (UDP)Port 4500 (UDP)
After they have done this check you Xbox to see if your NAT type is open. If it is not call Xbox customer support. They should be able to further investigate this.

If the steps in this video did not fix your NAT type issue then you will need to do some more advanced troubleshooting steps. The first thing to try is port forwarding. You will need to contact you internet provider and have them open these ports:
