I feel like people don't believe me when i say that but my mom said the day i was born she didn't sleep for 2 years because i didn't sleep and she was trying to take care. My mom said i would sleep for 2 hours a couple times a day or maybe 3 times. I don't know but it has always been like this and I think it is why i am in pain. Imagine being a very active person playing multiple sports and drumming and then never sleeping properly. I know that there will be some crazy stuff in the future that will essentially belike a switch that you flip for sleep and put in a timer for how long and what type of sleep and if you want to dream or not. I don't really know that but from hearing about nueralink and all the crazy stuff being invented it sounds possible. But I don't know for sure and if it does happen will it be in 15 years? when my life will have been wasted. May be a complete coincidence. I was looking at ghk-cu sub cue. 1.5 mg a day. Also had been taking turmeric and black pepper for pain from a herniated disk that caused sciatica pain. Which had been under control for over a year and a half. The first week of ghk-cu had no issues half way through the second the pain slowly started returning I stopped the ghk and a week later still in pain. Will try to update in a week or two if anything changes.

Universal compounding pharmacy was one and I forget the other. It is a rare but known side effect. I’ve tried the pills as well as injections. I have a pre diagnosis of anxiety disorder so I’m sure that’s why I get the unfortunate effect. First time I used it for months I had no problem…after that I couldn’t get away from the anxiety effect every other time I tried it.

I’ve tried fragment 177-191 5mg I am a female 44 years old using this peptide for about a week and it caused me to have mild swelling, tingling, and neuropathy pains in my right foot on the top of it and on my toes I’m not sure if this was a peptide that caused this I was also using BPC 157 as well. I honestly think it was the fragment that caused the swelling and pain. It wasn’t significant swelling like edema wasn’t in my ankle, it was just on the top portion of my foot on the right side. It was kind of puffy and the top of my foot right side and on my toes I can feel it still kind of there. It’s been a couple of days so I’m not sure what’s going on and now I have a little bit of joint pain in my knee so I don’t think I’m going to continue using the fragment peptide i’m not really in the peptides. This is the first time I’ve tried any so I’m not sure what’s going on. And the purity of the peptide on the fragment and bpc both read that it’s 99% purity if anybody has had any issues like this that have tried either one of these or both please comment.

I thought they were a compounding pharmacy but now I can almost bet 99.9% it was a scam because I've watched videos of people who claim after 2nd injection pain is gone unless it's a slipped disc then I understand I would need an actually back specialist. Some patients taking tb500 will have some histamine issues, which can impact people with CFS. I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. But I think that statement only applies if you took tb500 from a compounding pharmacy. If you bought online, you could have been dosed with endotoxins and gotten sick from bacterial contamination.

Sooo, hypothetically the injection site inflammed alot and had massive swelling and pain at injection site. Had a friend inject and incorrectly pinched skin and then pushed further by accident when already inside, had pain when injecting as well and couldnt walk for the entire day without immense pain.(achilles tendon was site of injection) proper hand cleaning and alcohol swab and nee needle was used so only thing I can think of is poor cite choice. So far the next day was way better and able to walk with 80% less pain and almost 48hrs since adverse reaction and naproxen I’m basically good to go.

I took all these recently 10days pos my Acl and meniscus surgery. Didn't have any noticeable side effects, other than some irritation on the TB500 injection site. Overall it was best decision ever, my knee joint recovered in half the time that my doctor estimated.

Selank has saved my life. I almost went on disability before trying it. I also think Creatine gets overlooked but is very useful. Now I'm trying to figure out the level up from those two. -I've been working with a site that's very reputable. But they sell (and I've been playing with) Ipamorelin as a dropper. I've read the bioavailability of oral Ipam is null. So I'm confused. Mixed messages here. -Thinking on paying a little extra for an Ipam/CJC1295 combo, but I'm gathering that the safest of the two is Ipam. Getting mixed messages on CJC - with mostly support from users, but one or two doctors saying its very unsafe + Huberman saying it's not wise to mess with the endocrine system unless needed. Where can you get clean peptides?

They are 'real' in that they exist in the universe, but they are not compounding pharmacies and they don't perform proper sterility testing. Too many people get dosed with contaminated vials with bacterial endotoxins. It's scary and we do not recommend.
Have any one else noticed that "BPC-157" either injectable or oral supplies are dwindling? Also has any seen this from USADA? "Prior to 2022, BPC-157 was not prohibited, but it has been added to the WADA Prohibited List after the annual review of the List and is prohibited starting on January 1, 2022."

I'm not sure how I feel about it being banned. It makes sense because if friggen works well.
Correct it doesn't help you perform better in a single session, but does allow people to recover even from workouts and training better, thereby allowing someone to do more volume and intensity to therefore potentially improve performance.

I'm on 0.5 of Sermorelin and am getting bad headaches, I am also on hydrocortison for severe adrenal insufficiency- Addison's Disease. Should I discontinue the Sermorelin? I have CFS/M.E. and TB 500 knocked me back for six.
Some patients taking tb500 will have some histamine issues, which can impact people with CFS. I'm sorry to hear that happened to you.
But I think that statement only applies if you took tb500 from a compounding pharmacy. If you bought online, you could have been dosed with endotoxins and gotten sick from bacterial contamination.

Sooo, hypothetically the injection site inflammed alot and had massive swelling and pain at injection site. Had a friend inject and incorrectly pinched skin and then pushed further by accident when already inside, had pain when injecting as well and couldnt walk for the entire day without immense pain.(achilles tendon was site of injection) proper hand cleaning and alcohol swab and nee needle was used so only thing I can think of is poor cite choice. So far the next day was way better and able to walk with 80% less pain and almost 48hrs since adverse reaction and naproxen I’m basically good to go.

There are only a few peptides which make it through the harsh environment of the gut - BPC-157 and MK677 are two of them.

Hey Drew, I want to try BPC 157 again. Unfortunately, my first time was not the best. I took a nasal spray with BPC157 and TB500 and I was dizzy and nauseous until i stoped it which was about 3 days. Thoughts?

The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.

As for injectable peptides, these should always come from a legitimate compounding pharmacy, which requires a doctors prescription.

I took all these recently 10days pos my Acl and meniscus surgery. Didn't have any noticeable side effects, other than some irritation on the TB500 injection site. Overall it was best decision ever, my knee joint recovered in half the time that my doctor estimated.

Yes, online peptide places for injections can be very sketchy because they don't maintain high enough sterility and testing, so some people can get very sick. Even if it is from a place like peptide sciences. Buyer beware, you run the risk of getting very sick if you aren't getting it from a true compounding pharmacy

-I've been working with a site that's very reputable. But they sell (and I've been playing with) Ipamorelin as a dropper. I've read the bioavailability of oral Ipam is null. So I'm confused. Mixed messages here.
