    I'm proud of Dunne and Bate they tore the house down, i just cant get over that Bate is 20 and Dunne is 23 both have huge futures for them.

      Well Pete dunne is 27 now and his most recent match with Finn balor was phenomenal so him in his prime is gonna be awesome

    This was truly an instant classic for me. And I loved that Jim Ross and Nigel called this match too.

    I totally agree with Jim on how Pete works the fingers. A great callback to Sabu and earlier.

      That's what fans call it. It's not actually called that. Jim would know better than you what it's called being as he worked in the business. And it's used everywhere.

    Has Jim said anything about the Walter vs Dunne match? I searched CZcams, but couldn't find anything. Sure would love to hear his thoughts on it.

    Does Cornette just pick and choose what he does and doesn't like in wrestling? I feel like if they had this match in PWG Corny would have shit all over it.

    • @switchbuckle5th
      @switchbuckle5th Před 5 lety +6

      No. He has clear reasons for every opinion he puts out there and if you listen he gives you a detailed explanation of what he liked and didn't like.

    • @ChristopherJames1993
      @ChristopherJames1993 Před 3 lety

      Not in the slightest. If it's an actual good wrestling match then he likes it. Most of the guys Cornette likes were indie guys anyway.

  • @TheWinstonSlip
    @TheWinstonSlip Před 6 lety +5

    Who hates chants? The cohost sucks. We chant “fight forever!” Because we are enjoying the match and we don’t want it to end. You must be so much fun to watch wrestling with.

    • @moriordan85
      @moriordan85 Před 5 lety +4

      Chants suck because they are overused...
      I can’t stand the “This is Awesome” chant it’s become so forced.

    • @EazySCT

      Chants are for retards, religious people and children

    • @maniachael
      @maniachael Před 4 lety +2

      Because chants usually are the audience breaking the fourth wall as well as rejecting the ideals of ring psychology, realism, and “heels vs. faces”. The cohost’s name is Brian and he knows quite a lot about that kind of stuff.

    • @ChristopherJames1993
      @ChristopherJames1993 Před 3 lety +2

      Why? Because he doesn't like the fans getting themselves over by stupid chants. I don't either. It's a smarky fan thing to do to get the fans over not the match.

    • @TheWinstonSlip
      @TheWinstonSlip Před 3 lety +1

      Wow so many humanoid replies. Bunch of whiners. Fans can chant whatever they want. If the wrestlers aren’t good enough to manipulate the crowd they shouldn’t be in the ring.
      Besides the fact is that this show is just two grumpy old men who complain about everything. Brian if that is his real name, is the last co-host I’d ever want.
