Thank you for this very informative video, Doctor Dan! I have been on and off PPIs throughout life, but I try to stay away from them as much as possible because I feel they contributed to developing SIBO. (That was fun to fix) I started seeing a naturopath, and she had me doing Candibactin AR and BR. Now, if I have reflux issues, I'll just take a Famotidine here and there. That's good enough when compared to the big gun Dexilant. My brother has been on Omeprazole for quite a few years now, and I'm kind of worried about that. I tell him he needs to stop drinking coffee and beer cause he feels fine if he stays away from those.
