Thank you my doctor kept insisting I had Covid even though I kept telling him I have acid reflux severely. Raw throat, esophagus, and back of the mouth, plus my stomach doesn’t seem to settle. This is the first time I’ve seen a video explaining the different medicine and at what level to use them. Will be getting a 3rd tier medicine immediately. I’ve been suffering and feeling horrible for 3 weeks!

Pepcid AC works exceptionally well for me. In about the past year I have been getting heartburn. I have tried tums with no luck, gaviscon does work, but does not last long, and pepcid AC works extremely well, because it reduces acid. When I take a pepcid AC pill it can give me relief for up to 2 days at a time.

Hey Doctor! I’ve been having a rumbling stomach and burning sensation after eating in the stomach. The acidity has caused my tongue to have a thick white coating for 3 months now. What should I take to stomach the burning in my stomach, indigestion, excessive flatulence, dark brown stool and acid reflux cough. What can I buy? My stomach is making noises right now!

My Doctor put me on Rabeprazole sodium 20mg and though it helped the heartburn, it completely changed the way things taste and smell and caused a very distinct unpleasent odor upon emptying my system. I have discontinued use and hopeful that things will go back to normal soon. I prefer to enjoy what I eat. Things like potatoes, chicken, buttered bread and eggs have become virtually impossible for me to eat due to the flavour.

I’m a 65 year old Uk male and have been taking ppi Esomeprazole 40mg per day for over 20 years in versus forms, due to being diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, I have recently had an endoscopy which showed I still have the hiatus hernia, my doctor has added famotidine 40mg 2 per day, I also take gaviscon when needed, I would like to come off all medications, is this possible?

The recent report in Neurology journal about the dangers of omeprazole taken long-term increasing the chance of dementia by a third are very worrying for someone like myself who has been taking it for years. Add to that it seems to increase considerably the chances of heart attack pneumonia and loss of bone density and I think we have a big disaster looming
All my doctor could suggest is that I should stop taking it and use Gaviscon instead
