"The Queen has seen 14 Prime ministers come and go...". She's seen a LOT more than that. As monarch of 15 Commonwealth realms, saying "a LOT" might be an understatement.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, during a Commonwealth conference, stated that his father had been Her Majesty's fourth Canadian Prime Minister and that he was her twelfth. In response the Queen thanked the Prime Minister for "making me feel so old".

All awards besides that of the of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire and that of Knight Bachelor are awarded solely by the Monarch without input from the government or parliament, due to a constitutional agreement made between Atlee and Churchill as leaders of the two largest parties.

Given that the Queen has actually seen quite a lot of the past, rather than just being some sad internet right winger, she’ll know that however bad things are just now, (I don’t disagree they are) we haven’t gone backwards.

The Queen rightly disliked Maggot Hatcher, and the way she divided the nation. There are parts of the countries within the UK that have never recovered from Thatcher's despotism. The scars run deep still, and her death was not mourned.
