@@DESTY-N7Man I don’t think you had to specify you were imitating him. And it’s not like what they said is false. Sometimes mods make games better than they actually are. For example, as much as I love Blade and Sorcery, I admit that without mods like The Outer Rim or Medieval Mega Pack the game would be far worse and have very little content.

@@LordKosmux I get why some people feel otherwise but personally I was fine with the stuff that was on the map it was just the fact that it took 5 to 10 minutes to walk there was a pain for me. At least in Elder Scrolls and Fallout you had all these cool and interesting ruins and caves to explore in between along the way when you were going somewhere. in Starfield there just nothing on the way to it's interesting places
@@chief664 You know what, if they added even useless things like caves with nothing but a little lake and some shiny crystals amid the planets it would already be something. Maybe a fallen satellite here and there, some skeletons of an extinct beast, anything. I just can't with those empty planets, specially because the sky is blue there, think about this...

Also some sort of scientific experiments, geological surveys and resources and samples to collect and other activities like that! :) Establishing outposts and setting up some equipment on the sites of the new planets, even dead ones would definitely add to the variety of gameplay.

My dream Star Wars game is a Bounty Hunter game where you start off as just some random Bounty Hunter and slowly climb your way up to becoming the head of a crime family. I'm thinking the gameplay would be something like CyberPunk.

Star Wars modding really is the place for Star Wars gaming nowadays. A couple of my favorites are Project Kathun for Kenshi and Star Wars Interworlds for X4 Foundations. I am excited to see the full extent of Star Wars modding for Starfield when the Creation Kit tools are released.
well the modding community actually love the ip where as major companies just see the franchise as just numbers on a page. i am convinced that ea got the exclusivity deal to be spiteful to their competition, they didn't want to actually make games more than what might have been required in the contract but rather they wanted to stop other companies from making star wars games. it's a crackpot theory but it's where i am at

EA published Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor, both of which are great games and did very well. And the next Star Wars game coming this year is by Ubisoft... Not to mention, most of these Star Wars assets used in these mods are from the EA Battlefronts.

The difference between the AAA industry and the modding communities can be summed up with one word: Passion.
Fans have it, suits don't. That's really it.
Not like they have to make the entire game and modders just have to expand that with far less work

dude i honestly thought someone had somehow remade star wars bounty hunter atfirst
their really needs to just be a open world star wars game where you can either play a campaign mode maybe where its the star wars movies or battles and than a online mode where its just open world you can go to any planet in the star wars universe and buy any ship or gun from star wars, chose your legacy as like a jedi, a sith, a bounty hunter, a storm trooper, ect and race or something so you can be a mandalorian or wookie or something like that, and each role has quest or missions you can do and every once in awhile their will cool events and you can get cool items to customize your armor or weapons with, and maybe to make it worth surviving in, you make it so if you die 5 times or so you can either buy you characther back at the cost of all your credits or you have to restart from scratch, and the spawn island can be like a island where the city is a safe zone that has quest and missions inside of it which is enough to get you a ship and somewhere to start, and if you lose your ship you gotta pay a certain amout of credits to get it back ig, just you lose any cargo you were transporting if you were a merchant or doing a quest

HELP. Idk why mine isn't showing up. I downloaded Mandalorian armor and drug it into my "Documents\My Games\Starfield\" folder. Used console command to get mantis armor. Equipped it and it's still vanilla mantis armor. Help pleasee.

I have a really bad itch for a Third Person Shooter Star wars game that has a role playing(Trooper, Mandalorian, Jedi, etc) element to it with character building, customization and is PvE mainly. Something new and more modern; I know of SWTOR.

Star Wars outlaws should’ve been a mandalorian game
Would be cool, but I think it's better when you're supposed to do what YOU want, and Mandalorians have that motto thing going on and it just wouldn't be a free experience, or something wouldn't be just right if they just re-skined the main character. Think about it, the game is supposedly supposed to be an open world shape your story type of a game, and assigning yourself to a literal cult of space barbarian knights with flamethrower gloves and glow stick resistant full body armour, yeah that wouldn't really help to progress this.
But of course we would love a Mandalorian game
