I am already 16 and I feel something relatable to this shit. Whenever in conversation with others I try to be nice and conciliatory, even when it comes to blaming me.
And Thanks to it I have some kind of Inner rage which I de-energize by freaking out alone like talking to myself, Imagining something, or focusing harder on work.

No that's normal behaviour. Genuinely, don't fall into the trap of thinking you're "troubled". You probably just didn't get enough encouragement to grow up at the right age.
What you're describing is childish behaviour when you think about it, right - placating the grown ups then being imaginary when by yourself. Legit young man don't worry about all this mental health shit... it's a trap that leads to actual mental health issues ironically.

I'm sick and tired of others people's shit, but I usually don't say anything, it usually just makes it worse. People immediately go all defensive or retaliate when you point something out to them. Sometimes I might be especially irritable and say something, but then I instantly regret it. I just wait until I don't have to deal with those people. Sometimes I think I can get a bit asocial, bitter or too individualistic because of this
If you think you're point is valid stick up for yourself man. Especially if it is someone close to you, and/or you feel it is important to say, fight through people's anger. Anger only works if you decide to respond to it in the way people want. Saying that, pick your fights with people you think it's important to have those fights with. If people want to tell me about a problem unrelated to me and then they push back against advice I give in an unpleasant and aggressive manner, it's probably best to leave it. But if the problem does effect me, or someone close to me, I would put in that extra effort usually.
Also a lot of people who come to vent about problems are doing so in order to recieve validation from others, not solutions. I think generally the act of explaining your problems to someone, and putting those problems into English, has a theraputic effect, in which the solution to the problem naturally reveals itself. I could definitely see how, if someone pours their heart out, about their life struggles, and you give them nothing in response other than an intuitive solution they would have easily thought up themselves, that may come across as insulting.
That's why a lot of modern therapy relies on the patient's problem solving ability, in which the job of the therapist is simply to sit there and ensure the patient doesn't distract from the problem at hand. Naturally a lot of patients enter into therapy expecting that they will explain their problem, and then their therapist will explain something to them, or give them a diagnosis. A lot of good therapy does not do that at all. Sometimes the patient will call the therapist out for being extremely passive, and not offering solutions, and the therapist's job is just to dodge the criticisms as best they can, such that the patient developes the solution authentically, and on their own.
It's extremely normal to feel like this Tommy, there comes a time where everything just gets too hectic and you get overwhelmed with all the things in your mind and things around you.
Whenever I go to markets with my parents, in France or Germany for example, or we sit in a cafe, I always cringe. Boomers have 0 situational awareness and there is always confusion. It is so annoying. People are not aware of other people and just constantly walk in front of each others and start confusion
watching people be completely ignorant to their immediate surroundings makes me lose my mind every time i go outside. It really makes me wonder about how uninformed and ignorant with their opinions if they cant even see actual things right in front of them

It’s only unhealthy because you aren’t getting it out. Rage is a pretty common emotion in men, and sometimes women. Just do something competitive or mentally or physically challenging.

I have the same issues with big groups of people. And I am only 20 years old ffs. I started smoking a year ago because of all the anxiety I developed in school. Now I am at Uni and I miss social contact, I haven't met my colleagues yet but I've texted with them over WhatsApp and they are on the same wavelength (#archaeology) but I am still adamant to go out. It's so fucking hard to live between a million idiots and be surrounded by only tens of people that are not mentally challanged irrational talking apes. I sometimes question if I am not one of them and that scares the living shit out of me.

Tommy, you need to realize that it's okay for you to feel other things than anger. To feel upset, and to let it out, is natural, if you just eat that rage and contain it, it'll eat you up inside or you'll lash out at the people you love. Try and channel it into something positive like you said
