    Y'know what I find most ironic. The people in the safest countries from national disasters are always the craziest when it comes to prepping.
    Stocking up 10 years worth of food. A bunker. An army's worth of guns ammo and a hazmat suit to be safe. When they live in bumfuck nowhere in Idaho or something.
    Meanwhile I live in a thrif world country that literally gets hit with multiple typhoons each year. At LEAST one is a deadly one wrecking entire cities and displacing thousands.
    This year alone we got hit with a massive typhoon that literally blew away houses. People starved to death on the news and one family literally just leaned a sheet of roof against a tree and put tarp over it because their house was literally blown away....and they lived like that for at least a month.

    Is it only us Italians that in Europe are always keeping food money and material reserves? In ww2 our cities should have starved instead they litterally organised underground gardens and food production with minimal food shortages since they just produced it themselves. There’s photos of Rome full of plants and shit because the surroundings didn’t make enough food. Another case in Tuscany ppl litterally lived in the caves under the city ecc. I simply cannot immagine something that could puy me in a situation where I could not find some food while working on growing plants for the future and in general most us Italians do have a garden. Like unless zombie apocalypse or other stuff like that happens I can’t see us going crazy. We didn’t during the war we won’t now.

    Prepared yes, but not to that extreme to stack on food, i mean really if its apocalypse there is no reason to have food you will die in a month or even 10 days, if its like in one region or country chaos like war or something; always prepared for that. Since corona started i got all my money from the bank, bought two boxes and one safe-box for silver and jewelry. In one box i have a gun with 80 rounds, in other box passports and copies of other documents and in safe jewelry and silver, money is stacked in one bag to carry in pocket literally; everything can be placed in backpack and ready to go.
    I got really paranoid during covid shit show first few weeks, when i wasnt able to get money out of the bank and only option was ATM surrounded by 100+ people some of them nasty looking gypsies so i didnt have guts to get my money out of a stupid ATM while being unarmed; couldve starved if it wasnt for good lads around me. Now imagine that situation when everyone wants their money and wants to escape as soon as possible, better be ready and just get in the car and get the fuck out from country, when you have the money nothing else is needed you can buy it when you get out. I mean the way it looks now i think that Europe will be in flames soon enough if not by war by mobs of brainless psychopaths who dont know what to do with their lives.
    PS: That about being stuck on borders or highway if you are by car is kinda stupid, if you get going the moment something is announced you are 100% out of there atleast in Italy, now if you need to go by boat, you are kinda golden, my neighbor owns a nice looking boat cruiser of sorts with 2/3 rooms and a kitchen, i mean luxury in comparison with some city concrete jails we live in; not far from here, he always talks about how if something is to start up again like worse than covid he is of to an island with snakes and monkeys, ill rather be with snakes and his family than with crazy Marios with guns on street.

    You can't think of guns as a toy, that frame of mind is why so many people treat guns poorly. Europeans will never fully understand why American's defend their right to bear arms so ruthlessly, but understand that guns are equally shields as they are swords.

    • @orangutanenthusiast5631
      @orangutanenthusiast5631 Před 2 lety +5

      Yet the majority of gun owning Americans don’t have this attitude. The fact remains, guns are fun and most owners have no real plans to use them except for some paranoid self defence scenario.

    The big thing with videos like this, is you gotta ask yourself: Do you want to survive in a world like that? For example a small-scale nuclear war breaks out from the Ukraine conflict. A dozen nukes get launched before it's stopped. You get a nuclear winter of 1-5 years, and billions die from hunger. Do you really want to live in a world like that? For me, no fuck that. Kill me in the blast please.

    • @bonecrusher-lh1mk
      @bonecrusher-lh1mk Před 2 lety +1

      Well the only reason we're alive today is because our ancestors lived through this exact same scenario called ancient times so if they gave up didn't wanna live in that world too we wouldn't be alive right now. I think peoples natural inclination is to survive and reproduce to pass on genes and if push comes to shove I think that's what you and anyone else will do despite how bad it will be.
