I am V Vaidhyanathan from New Delhi. Many thanks for posting such an informative video on Ganesha mudra. Very clearly explained by you.
I had one query on the stretching part whether it needs to be done while exhaling or inhaling.. You have advised that we must pull our arms outwards while inhaling and relax while exhaling..
But there are so many videos on Ganesha Mudra on CZcams where many yogi preach the other way round that we need to pull outwards while exhaling and relax while inhaling.
I have been practicing this way.
Kindly confirm which one is correct?

Vaidyanathan ji when ur body expands you should always inhale to fill out the lungs...
When it's contract or shrink there should be exhale..
U can use both technique and just see which one is more effective..

sir I am doing sudarshan kriya regularly from 4-5 months but during the kriya some random thought bombarded daily and I loose concentration and I do not experience real joy of kriya. What should I do to get out of this? Also tell me any exercise to boost concentration.
