Pretty nice but too much furniture as soon as you walk in-would stick some of it in that pantry room. Too much stuff overall...what happens when you own your own stuff? No room if you do. Mastaer Bedroom to small...I would pass on this. First three years lived in a furnished Hermogina Apt and now looking at it...appreciated it.

Wow! For 30K P ($535.05 USD) including Wi-Fi, cable and fully furnished , IMHO its an amazing deal and a steal in todays market. While for a single person it seems a bit too much, I can imagine that if a man were to find a young lady and you both want kids it would be a perfect home. Also, if you have guests visiting and staying with you it would offer plenty of guest space.
I dont see any downside to this arrangement, its hard to find such a recently built property offering a very clean home for such a low price. What are the estimated utility costs? Also, what other amenities does the community offer? Is there a pool? Is it close to shops, food, schools, beaches, mountains, etc.?

I am confused w.r. to lots of CZcamss about Duma. If power outages are common, why not get a battery, for the computer, at least?
