Malaman siksik po sa impormasyon ang sagot ko kaya kung papanoorin mo yung buong interview sakin,, tatlong parts po yan, kokonti nalang po ang mga tinanong sakin. ni hindi man po ako tinanong ng mga situational/behavioral/ out of the box questions. kasi malamang nagkaidea na sila kung ano klase ako tao/empleyado dahil sa mga malaman kong sagot.

I still can't understand why BPO companies are so strict when it comes to Interviews. I mean you are not applying for a high paying Job, your Job is to answer calls from angry clients and take the heat. Think about your worth as a human being and think of another Job out there where you'll be respected and treated fairly.

Already told her that I was busy taking care of the family business that was left to me and now that I'm not really doing anything and my brother is here helping me with the business. She keeps on insisting another answer from me. Like girl I don't really need to work to this low paying job to be honest I just want to try again that I might still grow in other career. Not frustrated or anything but if I work in a company with those type of people I'd rather not. 18k-25k k bye. To those who wish to apply on iqor I think they would prefer people with experience of more 6 months or a year. I do not advice newbie applying to this company. They should have just inform people with that to not waste time.

practice lang po ng practice. ako po ilang beses ko po pinractice yan. pero nautal utal pa din ako sa kaba😂 dati hindi talaga ako maalam sa interview kaya nagsesearch ako ng mga dapat isasagot sa madalas na tinatanong. tapos imememorize ko po yung mga sagot ko para pag sa interview parang natural at tuloy tuloy lang. dyan po sa video halos nakabisado ko na po sagot ko dyan kasi kkpractice. sa pag eenglish naman po gawa ko ngayon madalas ako manood ng mga youtube/podcast sa spotify ng mga pinoy na magaling magenglish, naiinspire kasi ako s kanila kaya parang mas maganahan ako gayahin sila magenglish kesa manood ako ng mga english movie/series. paborita ko skypodcast ni slater and kryz.

as someone who has worked in hr, for sure mahahabaan talaga yung hiring manager sa sagot mo. hindi siya ideal answer. it's obvious na hinire ka kase perfect yung accent, tone, intonation, pitch, and pronunciation mo tsaka degree holder ka pa. but the length of your answer is a red flag. iisipin ng mga recruitment staff na tinatagalan nung applicant para makaiwas sa ibang tanong. plus, madaming iniinterview sa BPOs. baka nagkataon lang na wala masyado applicant nung araw na yan kaya walang kibo yung hr hahaha

I would rather tell them about how i managed my personal problem about the termite infestation and turned into an opportunity to exercise my organizatiom management and decision making skills to give a great impression than telling them na tumunganga lang ako during the pandemic. It's my strategy and it worked😊

My dude, this is not how you should answer the question. Stick to your professional experience and achievements. If the interviewer wants to know about your termite infested house, they will ask you about it.

@@giboxxx6573fyi MBA po only takes 2 years to finish. So i still have 4 years of gap that i need to explain. I would rather tell them about how i managed my personal problem about the termite infestation and turned into an opportunity to exercise my organizatiom management and decision making skills to give a great impression than telling them na tumunganga lang ako during the pandemic. It's my strategy and it worked😊
