  • Not a Promotion, Epoch 36V battery was purchased by Deep Cycle Battery San Diego.
Video displays the installed Epoch 36V Lithium 100Ah Golf Cart Battery. The early 90's Taylor Dunn Flat Bed Cart previously had six 6V flooded lead acid batteries.
The footprint of the Epoch did not match the battery compartment so a small piece of plywood was added as a base to mount the battery to. A better idea is to use a plastic kitchen cutting board material that will not breakdown with moisture.
The epoch battery kit comes with
    - one battery
    - one onboard charger
    - one battery fuel gauge
    - wood type screws and two M8 bolts for terminals
    - manual is vague and does not instruct where to plug fuel gauge data cable
NOCO GCP1 not included in kit amzn.to/46gzZlj
Always wear safety glasses and perform work on flat terrain. Never smoke near batteries.
    Tools and hardware needed:
Deep socket 1/2 and or 9/16 to remove old battery terminal cables
    Self drilling screws
    Impact drill
    Non metallic ratchet wrench amzn.to/40U6EL6

Great job! Glad to see you restoring that vehicle.
    Is that an FT 240?
I just finished one, 1990 model. Very cool!
The one I repaired was in service at the H-D plant. An individual bought it from the plant, then it sat for years. Really a mess, but, well worth fixing!
