Country Manor Celebrates 2023 Staff Service Awards

"This is a great day..." Country Manor CEO Brian Kelm began, as he addressed staff gathered in the Chapel for the 2023 Staff Service Awards Ceremony.
The Country Manor Staff Service Awards are held on an annual basis to recognize employee longevity and honor their ongoing commitment to our mission, and their sincere dedication to the people we serve.
One by one, staff were applauded as they accepted their milestone awards, and their supervisors shared messages of gratitude and stories of their time at Country Manor
This year's ceremony held extra significance as for the first time in three years, we were able to celebrate without masks. Joy and happiness radiated from the faces of our team members, who have been on the front lines, serving selflessly with masks on for far too long. It was a moment of relief, a moment of unity, and a moment to honor their perseverance.
For the past few years, the challenges we faced demanded sacrifices, tested our resilience, and pushed us to our limits. Yet, throughout it all, our staff members stood strong. "People that are receiving awards today... you did not give up. You did not walk away. You continued with the mission of making a difference in someone else's life," Brian went on.
We want to emphasize that our Staff Service Awards are more than just a recognition of longevity. They are a celebration of resilience and the profound impact that each and every one of our employees has had on our organization. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such exceptional, compassionate individuals.
