I think this YT video outlines the solution for how to achieve and win in life quite vividly and it seems to endorse the process of Evolution over Revolution through the application of structure, sacrifice, discipline and repetition . . . something like this:
For those whose reality or situation in life is concerning them right now, spend no time dwelling on any bad decisions of the past, instead reflect on them and learn then embrace where you are in life right at this moment . . . accept it and resolve to strive hard for incremental but permanent improvements and gradually become better every day in every way you can . . . from here on out, and probably good to keep a daily journal up too! (yes I know, that's A LOT . . . and easier stated than done).

I am surviving 4 decades in 18 days in a body with a ruptured spinal cord lumbar region that is adaptable to circumstances from walking in icy below zero temperatures with StablIicer Maxx velcro model best ice cleats to living in desert above 100 temperature with keeping hydrated. Adaptable taking preventative measures whatever life may throw at you in order to survive.

You’re certainly right, the audio levels are a hit and miss with many and sometimes can be hard to balance. Some people prefer louder music and some people prefer louder speakers, our bias to be honest is to favour the music. But needless to say your comment and feedback are very important to us.
