Well the thing about Mayday and her friends is that they are Succubus and Incubus so they are demons that love having a lot of sex, especially with humans. They have special powers to lure humans into their trap, which is why everyone was lusting after them.

Why would bouncers be anything but chill? To be a bouncer means not just to be big and intimidating. It’s to have really good and stable psyche, cause you will have to deal with plenty of different people who will mostly be intoxicated, be it alcohol or drugs. Easily triggered bouncer won’t do your establishment much good.

I'm not going to sieve through the comment section to see if anyone mentioned this, though concerning demons and HPV, Luuna did question (in the Helluva Boss pilot episode) if the gift Blitzo was going to give her was cure for sifahlos (or however it is spelled); whether she was being sarcastic or was serious is something to keep in mind.
Blitzo also mentioned in this episode that those succubi are "spreaders", whether directly or indirectly; finally - also back on the pilot episode - Millie called Luuna to warn Moxie she has 'staph', so staphylococcus, which ahould confirm they can contract diseases.
Whether the effects are the same, lesser, worse or quite different is not of my concern, though that there is several references should more then suffice that demons with diseases is completely possible though not universally guaranteed.
