He really could be a voice actor on the side. There's a difference between just doing impressions and being able to actually slip into a voice on the fly and improvise dialogue in that voice/character and convincingly convey whatever feeling/emotion the "scene" needs (even if it's comedy). Noel can do all that. Noel get yourself a Voice Acting agent bruh! I want to hear you in a Pixar movie or on a season of Big Mouth or some shit.
