just so you know they're no advocating pick up drinking if you don't drink. But if you do make sure you drink Red Wine. there's a huge study that showed reduced cancer recurrence in those who drank more than 30 glasses of wine per month. It was a staggering difference between wine drinkers and never drinkers.

Last time I drank red wine I was staggering but I'm not sure that it what you meant. Lol jk Last time I actually had red wine I noticed a drop in my BP at night. May try that again as a win win
