i bought a bottle of gold man recently and im doing the weird ritual of watching reviews after i already bought it haha. they say man and woman are fairly similar (at the least they compliment each other) so i wanted to hear your thoughts. what you said about wearing fragrance based on "who you want to be today" was very interesting and very true now that someone has put it into words and im considering it
This one definitely has major Hermes Caleche vibes for me (Guy Robert is the same perfumer as you probably know), but I'm getting more of a furry civet thing going on in Gold. I'm absolutely loving it in all of it's golden glory. By the way, I discovered your channel yesterday and I am loving your take on perfumes.

I ordered Gold within a sample batch from Oman. I didn’t think in advance about the scent but I think now (after some research), that it might not be for my wife, as she is in her late 30ies. I will pass it to my mother in her 70ies maybe she has some memories to the scent combination.
I store mine in my bedroom but it's away from direct sunlight and away from heat, so I'm crossing my fingers that they are ok 🤞but it's certainly not in total darkness... You seem in love with amouage of late. I had no idea that amouage had been around that long actually. It does sound like one for you and the bottle is 😍
I am a massive Amouage fan, I love Memoir (my fav) other ones I have Myths, Figment, Jubilation 25, Portrayal and Journey. Expensive house but worth it, they are bangers and project and last.

Loved this review, I've never actually tried this perfume but it sounds like a must have 👍💞 Thank you so much for explaining about how to store perfume that was very helpful❣👍 I recently ordered a bottle of the much loved and missed vintage Opium on ebay. It is more than half used and the color of the photo was dark liquid so I am keeping my fingers crossed they stored it ok and it hasn't turned too much over the years 🤣 Please keep up the great stories about your cats they seem like right characters, once again thankyou and your review is great 🤗👍❣

I have Amoauge Gold and I love it! Same nose as Madame Rochas, so to me it smells like a French classic, honestly. Not a Siamese, but I have a Russian Blue cat who just jumped on my lap to sniff the perfume bottle I was randomly sniffing! lol
