  • In this weeks video we discover why the enchanting Old English village of Bibury is so popular. Explore the iconic Arlington Row cottages, known as the most beautiful and photographed cottages in the Cotswolds. Originally built in 1380 as a monastic wool store, these historic buildings were transformed into weavers' cottages in the 17th century. Immerse yourself in the picturesque scenery and learn about the village's rich history and architectural gems, including the Grade I listed Anglo-Saxon church and the majestic Bibury Court. Join us on this virtual journey through Bibury's charm and natural beauty.

Lovely video 📸🎥👏. Photos made me wonder what sepia tones would look like….maybe a step back in time in this amazing village. Thx for sharing ‼️🖼

Hi Joan, thanks for watching and posting a comment, glad you liked the video. Sepia tones would definitely give the photos a different look, sepia is something i've never really tried.

I love seeing the vids. I live in an old, small, rural town in Texas, and the difference between the two is amazing. Not just the architecture, but the whole ambiance. Your villages are much more peaceful, and far less traffic.

Hi, thank you for watching and glad you enjoy the videos. I love our older villages, they are quite unique in their architecture and character, thatched roof cottages are so beautiful and tend to have a proper old community vibe to them, I use to live in a small old village years ago and the community events in the village hall were great, and everyone use to help each other out. Whatever part of the world we live in we all have our special places. I follow a few photography channels on CZcams from American creators and love looking at some of the places they visit. Thanks again for watching and taking the time to leave a comment.

Beautiful village, though all of England's wealth is due to the exploitation in indian subcontinent 😞

@ Rajat, unfortunately there is a plethora of propaganda about my country. You could say, all Governments are corrupt, which is why it is the hard working people that keep the economy going. There are a lot of hard working people in Britain, never resent what others have, always give thanks to God, for what he provides for you each day…..❤

Rajat England was built on the backs of the British in the cotton mills in the mines and factories up to 12 hours a day for just enough money to feed themselves Do you know nothing about our history and look at the shit hole parts of England is today becouse of the government allowing all the asylum seekers getting five star hotels while our own people can’t get housing yes it’s wonderful that we’ve still got these beautiful little villages, but I assure you built on the back of the indigenous white people of this country

No it's not, we raped Africa as well, just like most other empire builders,,,, but millions of your countrymen live in UK enjoying that same wealth and a far better standard of living than your country can offer
