If you would put an electric motor on it that would produce additional wind. That should be more efficient than just using the electricity to propel an aerodynamic vehicle. Could probably make it bigger with a passenger and a smaller propeller.
I presume you mean an electric motor that would generate wind with a propellor. If I did that, I would have to get the energy from someplace, perhaps a generator coming off the turbine? If so, the efficiency going from turbine to propellor to turbine (again) would mean the loss of a lot of power - no free lunch here.

I concentrated instead on making something which would drive in all directions w/r to the wind. this begs the question, however: how far off directly downwind could a DDFTTW work if the mast pivoted, and how fast would it go?
