Since this video was made... Aris is back at 1st division, PAOK won the league title last year, Panathinaikos is wrecked due to financial problems but the worst is with Iraklis that was relegated to 3rd non-pro (local) division cause of huge economical problems. The positive is that greek Super League has VAR now and many things seem to improve !

As a greek , i can tell you that greek football supporters are nuts . Every fan is ecstatic when their team is playing , especially if they are in the stadium . There are also a lot of fights , riots and sometimes even games are cancelled due to extreme smoke or brawls starting in the stands . It is an extreme sport to be a die-hard fan

But Greece won euro 2004 more because Panathinaikos the players from panathinaikos were 80% but after so many scandals in Greek football all teams were destroyed and now Greek football is remembered as history
